Mr. Martin Wildsmith, DXC
Mr. Wildsmith has worked in the ERP and Business Solutions market for 35 years in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific, Japan and England.Mr. Martin was educated in New Zealand where he completed a Business Degree (BBS) and is a Qualified Accountant (ACA).He has a personal interest in the Pacific as he was born in Munda, Solomon Islands.Today DXC Eclipse leads the region in Digital Transformation using the Microsoft platform bringing together Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and O365 including PowerBI. DXC Eclipse includes the Pacific business based in Suva and has 500 staff deployed across Australia, New Zealand and Suva.
Mr. Martin has worked in the Microsoft Dynamics community for nearly 20 years and is a recognised leader in building and defining Industry Solutions that can be implemented in a repeatable process lowering the cost of implementations and shortening the implementation project.
Mr. Bajekal, CEO FMF
FMF Group chief executive, Mr. Ram Bajekal, was appointed as the managing director effective February 12, 2015 for a term of three years.
Mr. Bajekal was appointed as Group chief executive officer of FMF Group of Companies on April 1, 2009.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 35 years experience in the field of corporate management.
Mr. Bajekal also studied management as a Fullbright Fellow for Management Studies at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
Mr. Jon Apted, Partner, Munro Leys
Mr. Jon Apted is a Lawyer and Partner at Munro Leys. Before joining Munro Leys in 2000, he had a long and varied career in Government legal service.
He has held official as Fiji’s Permanent (Industrial) Arbitrator and as the Sugar Industry Tribunal.
He has been a solicitor, litigator and legislative drafter in the Attorney- Generals Chambers and has appeared as an advocate in important constitutional and administrative law cases.
Mr.Apted has advised on a number of legislative measures in the commercial, corporate, securities, intellectual property, employment and human rights areas. He was a member of the fist board of the Capital Markets Development Authority.
At Munro Leys, Mr. Apted advises and litigates in the areas of constitutional, employment, administrative, general commercial and intellectual property law. He is an occasional presenter and commentator on public law issues in Fiji.
Mr. Joseph Naua, General Manager Retail & Business Sales, Telecom Fiji Ltd
Mr. Joseph Naua has worked for Telecom Fiji Ltd for over 30 years from a Technician through to Senior Management.
He has experienced the change from Legacy systems through to the IP Based technology.
Mr. Naua has advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Fiji Institute of Technology and various other specialised technical courses locally and abroad.
Mr. Ashoka Gore Workplace Accredited Trainer, FranklinCovey Pacific Islands
Mr. Ashoka Gore has a very diverse background. He joined the Merchant Navy at the age of 18yrs as a Cadet Officer and retired as a Captain after 14yrs of sailing.
He and his family migrated to Australia in 1992 and he transitioned to shore life by doing jobs in Logistics, Warehousing, Sales, Finance, Insurance, Maritime teaching and in 1996 he joined Boral Energy and worked in various Management roles till the company de-merged and became Origin Energy.
Mr. Gore completed his MBA in 2003 from Macquarie University and was promoted to Manager Pacific, responsible for the LPG businesses of Origin in PNG, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and Cook Islands. In 2007, he introduced the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People program in Origin Energy Pacific and became an internal Facilitator to demonstrate his commitment to the training.
He is a certified Facilitator and Master Coach. In Fiji, the Outrigger Beach Resort has been using the ‘7 Habits’ program for its Managers for many years. FHEC and USP have signed up for the All Access Pass.
