 Explain the duties of employers, workers, suppliers, manufacturers, installers & others;
 Describe representation on the committee;
 Understand the functions and powers of the committee;
 Know roles of the chairperson and secretary;
 Demonstrate the use of workplace arrangement to resolve workplace health & safety issues;
 Understand the different types of communication; identify appropriate situations for applying the different types of communications;
 Learn the skills and qualities of a good writer and communicator.
