The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation paid tribute to the late Mr. Dixon Raphael Seeto at TOPEX 2019 conference last week Friday morning.

Mr. Seeto passed away on July 19, 2019 at Princess Alexander Hospital in Brisbane, Australia.

He was one of the tourism industry’s most well-known faces.
