Mr. Ronald Prasad, Regional Chief Commercial Officer Vodafone Fiji Limited
Mr. Ronald Prasad currently holds the portfolio of Regional Chief Commercial Officer within Vodafone Fiji Limited.
Prior to his recent appointment he was heading the Enterprise division for Vodafone Fiji Limited and was responsible for the overall Enterprise marketing and sales &commercial operations, as well as Enterprise products, strategy, cloud & hosting services. Mr. Prasad has recently completed an intensive Executive Program in Strategy and Organization at the world-famous Stanford University’s, Graduate School of Business, United States of America. He holds a Master of Business Administration, from the University of the South Pacific for which he was accorded Professor Nowak’s Prize for Academic Excellence. He also holds Post Graduate qualifications in Financial Management, Project Management and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Information Systems, Management & Public Administration.

Ms. Anne Dunn Commissioner for Online Safety Act
Commissioner for the Online Safety Commission or OSC, Anne is an executive of Fiji’s recently established independent commission.
The OSC gives Fijians a space to resolve concerns and complaints with respect to electronic communications and it seeks to promote responsible online behaviour and online safety.
A lawyer by profession, Ms. Dunn seeks to promote cyber safety in a cohesive and inclusive manner while maintaining respectable boundaries.
With interests that lie beyond the digital realm, Anne is also an avid participant in climate justice actions and youth empowerment movements throughout the central division.
Ms. Elizabeth Stephenson President FIJI Water Group
Ms. Elizabeth Stephenson is President of the FIJI Water Group, a division of The Wonderful Company.
Ms. Elizabeth joined The Wonderful Company in 2015 initially to lead the company’s Strategy Group, an internal consulting group responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and special projects.
In 2016, she became President of another company’s subsidiaries – POM Wonderful, the leading pomegranate brand and producer in the world, known for its POM Wonderful Juices and Teas. Before joining FIJI Water, she was a senior partner at leading US law firm McKinsey & Company, where she served from 2001 to 2015, specializing in large-scale corporate portfolio strategy and growth strategy for top Fortune 500 companies.
Also a Fullbright Scholar, Ms. Stephenson holds a B.A with distinction from Yale in Cultural Anthropology and a Masters in European History from Columbia University and has also done doctoral work in cultural anthropology at the University of Chicago.
Mr. Nouzab Fareed CEO of Fijian Holdings Ltd
Mr. Nouzab Fareed is the Chief Executive of Fijian Holdings Ltd since May 1, 2013 and current President of the Fiji PNG Business Council.
He also serves as a General Manager of Investment and Strategy at Newworld Limited. Mr. Fareed was elected as the Inaugural President at Fiji Chapter of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He serves as a Director of Merchant Finance at Investment Company Limited. Mr. Fareed has been a Director of RB Patel Group Limited, since March 24, 2011, and Fiji Television Limited, since May 08, 2013.
At present, he is the only Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in the South Pacific. Mr. Fareed is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant (UK), Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and Chartered Marketer (UK). He holds an M.B.A. in Banking and Marketing and an M.A. in International Economics.
Mr. Devanesh Prakash Sharma LL.B Partner
Mr. Devanesh Sharma is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in New Zealand and Fiji.
He is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He was admitted to practice in Fiji in 1992 and was appointed a Notary Public in 2008.
Mr. Sharma commenced his legal career as a Solicitor with a private firm law and then joined as a Solicitor in a Commercial Bank and has been practicing in New Zealand since 1986. In 1998, he teamed up with Mr. Patel to set up this present practice.
He now specializes in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in Magistrates Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Industrials Tribunals. He is a past president of the Fiji Law Society
