NOW OPEN: FCEF’s National Budget (2026-2027) Submission

Submissions for National Budget (2026-2027) is now open

As traditionally practiced, FCEF will be making a collective submission to the Ministry of Finance backed by strong lobbying with the line Ministries and respective Ministers.

We have developed a simple template for you to complete. This template was designed based on best practice feedback from the Permanent Secretary for Finance last year

The template worked very well as we were able to get through about 20-25% of our recommendations, in some form, into the new budget

When to submit

Submissions to be completed by 22nd April 2025.

FCEF will then collate all recommendations, complete the final budget submission, and send it to the Ministry of Finance.

Please note, this should not in any way affect your submissions – it is important all views are considered, we strongly encourage our members to prepare their own submissions.

Your written submissions can either be emailed, posted, or hand delivered. Deadline 30 April 2026. All submissions must adhere to the following subject requirements.
