The Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) is Fiji’s first private sector-led business incubator and accelerator programme, delivered by the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF).
Established in 2019, FEE was created to transform Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) into stronger, more competitive, and future-ready businesses by providing structured capability building, personalised coaching and peer-supported learning tailored to the realities of doing business in Fiji.
FEE operates on the principle of “entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs”, leveraging the expertise of local business owners alongside strategic public and development sector partners to ensure real-world impact for participating enterprises.

Each year, a competitive cohort of approximately 15 established MSMEs — typically businesses with at least two years of operations — is selected to join FEE’s six-month accelerator programme. All coaching is delivered by experienced business leaders and practitioners, helping participants apply real-world solutions and critical business insights directly to their enterprises.Participants engage in intensive training and one-on-one mentoring across key business disciplines:
These partnerships unify private sector experience with public and development support, ensuring technical depth, financial sustainability and broader accessibility for Fiji’s entrepreneurs. FEE’s impact is made possible through a broad network of government, development and private-sector partners, whose support enriches the programme and strengthens Fiji’s MSME ecosystem:
