FCEF was honored to host the Validation Workshop in collaboration with the Ministry of Education FIJI on Fiji’s first National TVET Policy.

FCEF President Mr. Vinay Narsey stressed the importance of this policy particularly in relation to the current labour market situation faced by employers. He highlighted the need for the TVET Policy and the Education Act (currently under review) to ensure better outcomes for employment opportunities, business sustainability and economic growth.

FCEF CEO Mr. Edward Bernard and FCEF Human Resource Council Chairperson Ms. Elizabeth Cama have been participating in the working group contributing to the development of the TVET Policy.
