The Women Invigorating the Nation (WIN) Convention is the premier annual event hosted by the Women Entrepreneurs Business Council (WEBC) – one of five councils under the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF).
The Convention is a powerful platform that brings together women entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers, professionals and changemakers from across Fiji (and increasingly the Pacific) to learn, connect, inspire and advance inclusive economic and social progress.
The Convention’s multi-day agenda blends keynote addresses, panel discussions, capacity-building sessions and networking activities to create an environment that supports learning, collaboration and empowerment for women at all stages of their careers and entrepreneurial journeys.

FCEF President Eldon Eastgate emphasised that the convention highlights the critical role of women “across homes, villages, boardrooms, classrooms and every corner of Fiji’s economy” and the transformational impact when barriers are challenged and opportunities are expanded.
