Graduate Business Start-Up Grant Scheme
The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF), in collaboration with the Tertiary Scholarships & Loans Service (TSLS) and the University of New South Wales (UNSW), invites applications for the second round of Graduate Business Start-Up Grant Scheme.
This programme is designed for graduates with the ambition to turn innovative ideas into viable businesses.
About the programme
The Graduate Business Start-Up Grant Scheme is an education-sector business incubator delivered by FCEF through the Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) – Fiji’s first private sector-led business incubator and accelerator programme.
The programme supports aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative, bankable and scalable business ideas, providing practical tools, mentorship and funding to move from concept to operation.
What the programme offers
This programme will support aspiring entrepreneurs with access to:
- Market research support
- Business training and advisory services
- Coaching and mentoring from experienced practitioners
- Drafting, testing and finalisation of business plans
- Entrepreneurship attachments (with allowance)
- A start-up grant of $5,000, plus linkages to additional funding opportunities
- Product development support
- The opportunity to start and operate a business
Top-performing incubatees will also receive further support through UNSW Founders and the Global Innovation Foundry Programme.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
👉 Be a Fiji citizen
👉 Be a TSLS-sponsored graduate or final-semester graduating student
👉 Be under 30 years of age at the time of application

To be considered, applicants must:
>> Complete the online application form, including submission of a business concept
>> Upload or provide a link to a 2-minute video outlining the business concept.
