Edward leads the organisation’s advocacy, policy engagement, and strategic partnerships in support of Fiji’s private sector and employers. Appointed in November 2024, Edward plays a key role in strengthening employer representation, promoting business competitiveness, and supporting sustainable economic growth.

He brings over 20 years of professional experience across the United Nations, Government of Fiji, academia, and the private sector, with strong expertise in private sector and MSME development, project implementation, regional development, and disaster assessment and recovery. Edward holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the South Pacific and is committed to building resilient, inclusive, and future-ready businesses across Fiji and the wider Pacific region.
