As the curtains closed on an incredible two days of the Women Invigorating the Nation (WIN) Convention 2025, the Green Glamour & Awards Dinner was a true celebration of women’s leadership, innovation, and resilience.

We were privileged to have The First Lady, Her Excellency Emily Lalabalavu, grace the evening with her presence. In her inspiring address, she highlighted the importance of the discussions held throughout the convention and expressed her excitement for the future of women entrepreneurs and professionals in Fiji, with WEBC leading the way.

FCEF Chairman, Mr. Vinay Narsey reaffirmed the theme: “Championing Inclusivity and Blazing New Trails for the Future” as more than just words—it’s a call to action!

Ms. Vera Chute, Chair of WEBC, delivered a powerful vote of thanks, emphasizing the impact of WIN 2025 in sparking enlightenment, inspiration, and empowerment. She urged all those attending “Let us continue to be the catalysts for change in our families, communities, businesses, and organizations!”

The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF) has pledged another $10,000 towards WIN 2026, reinforcing their unwavering support for women in business and leadership!
