Our members on the Employment Relations Advisory Board (ERAB) and the Wages Council presented our submission on the Work Care Bill (2025) and Accident Compensation Bill (2025) before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.

Major issues raised was on the 40% of Employers training levy for workplace and school injuries, ministerial regulatory authority, medical and wage payment obligations, legal liabilities, claim limitation period, information request penalties, inspector powers, legal terminology inconsistencies and others.

FCEF members from more then 10 different sectors was present to show support for the FCEF submission.
