Train the Trainer is a training strategy that equips experienced trainers with the skills necessary to deliver content such as new technologies or a fresh sales program. 

It can also be a professional development offering that teaches training and facilitation skills to those who are new to the training field or are subject matter experts (SMEs) who have been tasked to train others within your organization on content in their areas of expertise.

Hence FCEF is partnering with Fiji National University to bring you Train the Trainers Module 1.

We have broken down the 5 day long continuous program into 2 sections for ease of participants to balance their work and upskilling.

On completion of this training, participants will be awarded with an accredited certificate from the Fiji National University.
